Returns Policy: Kids in the Garden accepts returns on unused, unwashed new products. All items must be returned with our authorization and is at the buyer’s expense. A full refund will be given on returns.
Refunds Policy: Kids in the Garden wants you to love your products. Please contact us right away if you are not satisfied. A refund or store credit, if you prefer, will be given if you are not satisfied.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. A full refund will be given in this situation. You must contact us by email. A confirmation email will be sent letting you know if it was received in time. If your items ship before we receive the cancellation request you may still return your items. In this case our "Returns Policy" will apply.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. I try to ship within 2 days of receiving your order. Sometimes I am faster & sometimes it takes a little longer due to homeschooling & other LIFE :) plz contact me if you need urgent shipping, and I will do my best to ship faster, but I can not guarantee this. thank you!
